Adash has released the Omega expert system. It was created to make the predictive maintenance available for everyone.

This software finds the machine faults and tells you their severity.

You don’t have to understand the vibrations.

You don’t have to understand the vibration units.

All Omega information is given as a simple traffic light system showing severity.

The green value means unrestricted operation of the machine, which is in good condition.

The orange warning value means restricted operation of machine. There is something causing excessive vibration, such as unbalance, looseness or misalignment.

This machine could be operated as needed; however, maintenance should be scheduled to reduce vibration.

The red danger value means, that damage has occured. It could cause additional damage to machine components, such as bearings.

This machine should be taken out of service as soon as possible and corrective action taken to reduce vibration.

What are the requirements for using Omega? You need the vibration sensors and the Adash online unit.

Omega software reads the data from the unit. Then it identifies the faults and tells you their severities.

You can also see the development trend of every failure. You can see the actual Live value and the averages for the last hour, last day, last week and last month.

Good visualization tells more than a thousand words. You can develop your own amazing screens for diagnostics data from omega.

All values for omega graphs are available on OPC server, which is in every online unit.

Machine condition and faults are evaluated based on the ISO 20816 standard. But you can also define your user limits.

The Omega contains a brand new algorithm for evaluating bearing condition. Today many machines are powered by Variable-Frequency Drive and these drives generate strong noise on high frequencies. Such noise makes bearings condition measurement almost impossible. But we have the solution, which removes the drive noise.
