Automated Vibration Analysis: A Complete Guide to ADASH ADVISOR
26.02.2026
Advisor is a new feature in ADASH DDS designed to help you analyse machine faults quickly and confidently—even if you’re new to vibration diagnostics. Advisor analyzes your measured data and indicates the most likely fault on the machine, along with recommended next steps.
Advisor is a two-layer application, where the first part is an advisor (which is deterministic algorithm) and the second part is Aidy pro – AI. Together, they form your complete analyst in the field of vibrations.
In this video, you’ll learn:
What Advisor is and what it needs to analyze data correctly
How to run Advisor on the latest (or historical) measurement date
How the Parameters Check works (what’s missing and why it matters)
Examples: Unbalance, Mechanical Looseness, Misalignment and Other Fault
How to continue with AI Chat (AIDY Pro) when you want clearer explanation or guidance
How DDS can help you generate a tree with required spectrum measurements for Advisor
Advisor requirements (quick checklist):
Spectrum measurements with speed information
Measurement point direction defined
Limits (standard-based or custom)
Spectrum data cells (e.g., ISO Spectrum and OVERALL Spectrum) for the Advisor workflow
Tip: If Advisor flags a fault but the explanation isn’t enough, use the AI Chat button—AIDY Pro can explain the result, suggest what to check next, and help you plan your troubleshooting steps.
Availability: Advisor is available in licensed DDS versions.
