Online vibration Monitoring Expert Guard Application

Omega is created especially for factory control rooms where people monitors machinery pressures, temperatures and other process parameters. Along with these parameters you can display info about mechanical condition of you machines. Omega detects most common machinery faults and displays live and trend values in colour bar indicators.

 Machine faults:

Machine Condition
Machine condition is evaluated based on ISO standards (ISO 20816). Machine Unbalance Unbalance is the most common source of machine vibration. You can remove this fault by balancing.

Machine Looseness
In case that looseness appears, you can see the trend changing in this graph.

Machine Misalignment
Misalignment is the most common fault on machines (same as unbalance). Basically, what happens is that the axis of rotation of the two machines is not in the same line.

Other
Vibration values measured on different frequencies than the typical frequencies for other faults (like unbalance, bearings, etc.) are shown in this graph.

Bearing
Graph of values characteristic for bearing faults (typically appearing at high frequencies).
